Tai was instrumental in ensuring our wedding went smoothly. Despite COVID hurdles, she made sure the day was absolutely PERFECT. I cannot speak more highly of her attentiveness, organization, and know-how. She made sure even the smallest details were addressed; all of our vendors and wedding guests received clear instructions about what to expect throughout the entire day. Multiple locations and vendors, a wedding full of only out-of-town wedding guests, and months of planning agendas were easily handled by the incomparable Tai. Thank you for being the best thing I did for myself for my wedding day! I have a tendency to go into "work mode" for events, and having you there allowed me to actually enjoy the day. Tai was simply AMAZING! I’m so glad my husband and I chose her as our wedding planner. I could not ask for a better wedding planner than Tai Quarles. Tai was instrumental in making my wedding a FABULOUS and EASY event. Her expertise, poise, organization and patience was present from the first meeting. We worked together for 18+ months and from the beginning her attention to detail, event and vendor management, as well as peacekeeper kept my family focused and most importantly, excited for the big day. Our wedding consisted of 240+ guests, 20+ vendors, 25+ bridal party members and very opinionated family members with different visions for the big day. Needless to say - a large event but Tai was able to keep us organized. On the wedding day, I had nothing to worry about and my day was stress-free and went very smoothly.
